How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Muan takes 3-5 business days to process a poncho,  7-10 days Jewelry or Hats, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. There will be no refunds if these dates are not met these are approximate times and vary depending on the amount of orders and the packaging company. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date.

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number. You can also track the process of your order before the shipping number is sent, via www.muan.mx//order-tracking

International packages can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks starting the day the order is processed. DELIVERY PERIODS DO NOT CONSIDER THE NUMBER OF DAYS A PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED IN CUSTOMS.

All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these fees and taxes vary by country. Muan has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based off the price you paid when purchasing on the Muan website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We are not responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No! You can check out as a guest. But having an account makes it easier for everyone 🙂 You can track your order and check previous purchases. Don’t worry we wont send you newsletters unless you subscribe.

How Can I Return a Product?

We always try to make the shipment correctly and have our customers happy, but we know this isn’t always the case. In that event Muan will make returns and / or changes only if the item received is not the original item ordered, or if it presents a defect, you must also notify us within 4 days of receiving the item. Send an email to sales@muan.mx with the subjet “Request for return” and your order number.

Remember that:

The product you wish to return:

Is notified within four (4) days of receiving the order.
If it arrived with a defect you must send us pictures of that defect.
If it is different from what you ordered it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
Must have all tags still attached.
Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.
Must be sent back in its original packaging.
Products that belong in the same order must be returned in one shipment. If all of these conditions are satisfied, Muan will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs. Muan will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above provided.
