If my Muan piece isn't quite right, can I return it?
We want you to feel completely aligned with every Muan piece. If you're not entirely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Is there a return fee?
No. We offer complimentary returns within the return window. A prepaid return label will be included with your shipment or emailed upon request.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s complete. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or variation, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item using the steps above.
I received Muan as a gift. Can I return it?
Absolutely. Gifted items can be returned for a store credit or virtual gift card, provided they meet our return criteria. If you don’t have the original order number, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I return Muan items to a physical store?
At this time, all returns must be made through our online process. We do not accept returns through partner boutiques or retailers.
