 When will my Muan order arrive?

Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped with care. You’ll see an estimated delivery date during checkout, and once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can follow its journey home.

Please note: delivery dates are estimated and may vary slightly depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

 How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Standard shipping: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Express shipping (if selected): Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Once dispatched, transit times depend on your shipping selection and location.

We currently ship from our studio in limited volumes to preserve the integrity and rhythm of our process. You’ll be notified every step of the way.

 Where does Muan ship to?

We ship across Mexico, the U.S., and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to us at support@muan.mx, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 Do you offer eco-conscious packaging?

Yes. All Muan orders are shipped in minimal, recyclable packaging. We avoid unnecessary plastic, hangers, or filler materials unless required for garment protection. Your order is wrapped with intention — in alignment with our values of simplicity and sustainability.

 What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected automatically when applicable.

 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you created an account with us, you can also check your Order History at any time.

If you entered the wrong email at checkout, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

 Shipping Gifts?

Gift orders do not include prices in the packing slip. If you'd like to ship gifts to multiple addresses, you can do so by placing separate orders or emailing us directly for support with larger gifting needs.
